David Powell

David J Powell Surveys Ltd. David is a member of the Land Registry Rules Committee. He has prepared well over 2,500 reports in addition to authoring books, publishing articles and giving oral evidence in Court on over 100 occasions on the subject. With appearances on BBC TV's 'Neighbours at War' series David also gives talks throughout the world. He is a past Chairman of the Geomatics faculty of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, is currently on the RICS Neighbour Dispute Panel and has most recently finished the redraft of the next edition of 'Anstey's Boundary Disputes'.
